1. Introduction
Welcome to the Nimbus EA Analytics Dashboard. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle data and privacy for this application. Please note that this is an internal application built exclusively for the staff and team members of Engineers Academy. By using this platform, you also agree to our Terms of Service.
2. Data We Collect
When authorized staff members log in via Google OAuth, we collect and store:
- Read-only analytics data from our own managed YouTube Channels (views, comments, likes).
- Read-only search performance data from Google Search Console for our owned web properties.
- Basic profile information (Name, Email) of the logged-in staff member for authentication purposes.
3. How We Use the Data
The data fetched through Google APIs is used strictly for internal analytics, reporting, and strategy development. It helps our team understand video performance, audience engagement, and SEO trends. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third parties or external advertising networks.
4. Security
We take the security of our internal data seriously. Access to the dashboard is restricted to approved internal team members only. All data is transferred securely via HTTPS and stored in our secure database infrastructure.
5. Public Access
Because this is an internal tool, members of the general public cannot create accounts or access the dashboard. If you have arrived here by accident, please return to our main educational website.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain Google user data (such as profile information and analytics metrics) only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the internal analytics and reporting purposes for which it was collected. Authorized staff members can revoke the application's access to their Google account at any time via their Google Account Security settings. Upon revocation of access, request for deletion, or termination of employment, the user's associated data will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days. To request manual deletion of your data immediately, please contact the internal IT administrator.
